Outbound Sales Advisor - H2ecommerce : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our busy and expanding team with no cold calling.

Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions OTE. The sky is the limit with this, and our Sales team earns a comfortable wage each month that we are all proud of.

As a sales advisor you will have direct, telephone contact with our customers. There is no cold calling in this role; all of our customers have reached out to us and you will provide good advice and offer a great range of our own branded ink and toner products. The conversations are varied: one minute you will be helping an individual and the next you will be advising a large business on their requirements. You will advise, remove any doubts and close the deal. Thanks to your natural manner as a real 'people person' and the product training received from us, you will be able to sell. Targets are realistic and you will be able to earn a good monthly bonus on top of your salary. How much the bonus is, is all down to you and your selling skills.

The role is based on site in our Crewe office.

As a sales advisor, you will:

• Have direct telephone contact with customers who have reached out to us.
• Answer questions and advise customers on our products and which would best suit their needs.
• Adapt your communication style to suit our varied customer base - one minute, you will be helping an individual, and the next, you will be advising a large business on their requirements.
• Provide great customer service, remove any doubts, and close deals.

The ideal applicant will possess:

• Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
• A naturally positive communicator with the ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
• A problem-solver with a helpful nature
• A confident and enthusiastic team player with a friendly disposition
• The ability to multitask with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• IT literate, including competency with Excel
