Are you a motivated customer service / Sales advisor? Do you have a passion for building rapport and solving customer queries?

You could be the perfect fit for my client in Andover as an outbound sales representative!

You will be working within a close team in a newly refurbished, modern office based in Andover, with a modern set up and large break out area.

You will drive business, build client/customer relationships, and ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities as an outbound sales representative

• Respond to incoming enquiries and outbound call to assist the customer
• Identify opportunities to upsell
• Understand the relevant departments to put the customer through to
• Build rapport with clients / customers

Requirements:

• Telephone experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
