Outsourcing Associate Director – Real Estate – Top 10 Firm – City of London

Outsourcing Associate Director responsibilities include:

• Promoting the Outsourcing business through networking and active promotional activities within and outside the firm
• Driving new service opportunities across a portfolio of Real Estate clients across various asset classes
• Supporting the team in the high-quality provision of timely information for completion of annual statutory compliance
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing a substantial client portfolio

As an Outsourcing Associate Director, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of management accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
• Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
• Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
• Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
