What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership within the team, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior colleagues.
  • Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from planning engagements to delivering results.
  • Strategic Insights: Deliver management reports and financial analysis, helping clients make critical operational and strategic decisions.
  • System Design & Implementation: Work on short-term projects to design and implement Xero-based financial systems and automation solutions.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions with the team to enhance client service and drive business success.
What I am Looking For:
  • Qualified: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Practice Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
  • Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Xero, Dext, Fathom and other cloud-based tools, with a passion for automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Client-Focused: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
