Outsourcing Manager – Real Estate – Top 10 Firm – City of London

Our client is a Top 10 practice with award-winning progression pathways, a diverse client base and inclusive culture. With 5,000 staff operating from over 30 UK based offices, they have a global reach, offering their staff overseas secondment opportunities and exposure to an international client base.

Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio or clients within the Real Estate industry
• Giving clients added-value industry specific insights
• Provide a comprehensive actual vs budget analysis along with knowledge of the markets
• Liaising with senior client personnel to discuss their current and future issues/plans
• Assisting and advising clients to ensure compliance with professional accounting standards

As an Outsourcing Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a portfolio of management accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
• Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
• Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
• Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
