As an Outsourcing Senior, you will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality financial reports and services. You’ll work directly with clients to prepare management accounts, VAT returns, and provide bookkeeping support, ensuring that all tasks meet both regulatory and client standards. This role will allow you to further your expertise while contributing to a vibrant, expanding team in a challenging yet rewarding setting.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a UK Practice environment, strong technical proficiency, and the confidence to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients.
  • Prepare and review management accounts, VAT returns, and financial reports.
  • Provide bookkeeping support and handle client financial queries.
  • Engage directly with clients, offering advice and insights on financial matters.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent). Part-qualified with relevant experience also considered.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).

Salary : 32000 - 44000
