My client based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator on a Permanent basis. The role could be full or part-time, depending on a suitable candidates requirementThe main responsibilities associated with the role include- Managing the recruitment process- Managing new starter inductions- Supporting Disciplinary process- Monitor absences- Supporting payroll as required- General admin around the HR functionAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing/production environment would be ideal- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels- Good IT Skills- An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required- Knowledge of the Bradford Factor is essentialThe pay-rate on offer is £16.41 per hourKeywords:HR, Recruitment, Inductions, Right to Work checks, Disciplinary, Grievance, interviews, CIPD,
