Your new companyYou will be joining a growing business that operates within the care sector in this exciting newly created role of PA. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PA or a strong administrator to shape their own role within the company, acting in a key supporting role to the 3 strong team of directors.

Your new roleNo day is the same, so you will need to be a highly organised individual, adept at prioritisation, diary management and able to identify the importance of tasks and communication with the directors. You will quickly get to understand the business and be able to keep on top of project deadlines amongst the wider teams. You will be discreet and used to managing confidential information. You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.What you'll need to succeedPrior experience within a PA/EA role would be highly desired. However, a candidate who can demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role that required prioritisation, collaboration and organisation would be considered.You will be an excellent communicator and able to build relationships quickly at Director level and across the wider business.
