As a PA your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team
- Organise and manage diaries, meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Maintain records and databases
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefs
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Assist in various projects as needed
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- An educational background in Secretarial & Business Support
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong PA or EA background
