You will need to have experience as a PA or Office Coordinator to be able to hit the ground running as this is a fast paced position which is vital to the success of the business. SKILLS REQUIRED ·Previous Experience as a PA ·Adaptable and a self starter ·Excellent communication skills over the phone and email ·Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel ·Organised and efficient ·Ability to work to deadlines ·Multitasker
RESPONSIBILITIES ·Manage tenant issues and NHBC warranty concerns. ·Support Directors with emails, calls, and correspondence. ·Organise meetings, take minutes, and plan events. ·Handle diary, emails, and travel arrangements. ·Coordinate office tasks, post, and filing. ·Ensure office health, safety, IT, and bookings. ·Maintain office equipment, furniture, and supplies. ·Manage expense reconciliation and CEO's rentals.
