Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide first class PA support to a team within a large national Chartered Accountancy firm. For this position we are seeking someone who has worked within professional services before.
PA Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management for Partners, arranging meetings and video conference calls, booking meeting rooms and refreshments etc.
- Booking travel, organising trip itineraries and logistics. Completing expense claims
- Dealing with emails.
- Liaising with clients and others in a professional and polite manner, following up on any agreed actions
- Taking a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and their assistants in a professional manner.
- Assisting the team with the compliance process (you will be trained up on this.)
- Providing support with the billing process, including raising bills and running reports.
- Preparing and formatting documents, to include Letters of Engagement, reports, client accounts and various other correspondence.
- Producing PowerPoint presentations.
- Proof-reading documents.
- Carrying out PDF manipulation.
- Working with the Marketing Team when required, to help produce tenders documents and pitch material.

- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- High levels of IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience of arranging client events.
- Previous experience of working within a busy corporate environment.
