PA/ Team Coordinator - Prime Retail- FTC - Savills : Job Details

This position is a maternity contract for 12 months starting asap.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for providing day to day PA support to 2 Senior Directors in London as well as coordination for the wider global retail team. You will have at least 3 years experience as a PA and be able to work in a demanding and busy team. The candidate will need to show initiative, be proactive, self motivated with a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full admin support to all members of the team with primary focus on the co-Heads.
  • Diary management of team
  • Booking international travel – flights, hotels, trains and organising visas
  • Producing pitch documents, presentations and opportunities packs for the team
  • General admin duties – invoicing, expenses, work in progress up to date, paying suppliers etc
  • Producing property marketing details
  • Attending and minuting regular team meetings
  • Organisation of internal and external events
  • Updating and/or formatting schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing and sales reports, pitches
  • Liaising with colleagues from our international retail network

Key Skills

• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge incl. PowerPoint
• Experience with CANVA beneficial
• Excellent organization skills
• Good team player whilst using your own initiative.
• High attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Excellent communicator
• Previous experience in working with systems.
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure.

Team Overview

This role will include supporting the Co-Heads of Global Retail as well as the cross border and wider global retail team. The team is a collection of retail experts who specialise in leasing, selling and providing advice to both Landlord and Tenant clients.
