Your new companyAn international household name, based in Crawley, are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join their organisation. Working in modern, open-plan offices, you'll support 2 VP's on a day-to-day basis. The business offers excellent training and progression opportunities, and this position has come about due to an internal promotion. Your new roleSupporting 2 senior Directors, this is a permanent hybrid position working 2 days/week in the office. Key duties include;- Complex diary management, across multiple time zones- Arranging travel (UK and International)- Creating agendas / documents / presentations for internal & external stakeholders- Following up on meeting actions- Processing expenses, raising PO's and tracking spend against budget- Inbox managementWorking hours are 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.What you'll need to succeedYou'll have previous experience as a PA/EA, supporting at Director level within a mid-large size private sector business. Diary management across multiple time zones is essential, as well as arranging travel, creating documents and presentations.
