Job Vacancy: Product Packer - Evesham

Are you looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic team environment? We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Product Packers.

Location: EveshamSalary: Starting at £13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour following successful completion of probation

Contract Options (Shifts to be discussed at interview):

• 37.5 hours per week
• 42.5 hours per week

Available Shifts:

• 3 shifts available, Sunday to Thursday
  • 37.5-hour contract: Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm
  • 42.5-hour contract: Sunday 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
• 1 shift available, Monday to Friday
  • 37.5-hour contract: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
  • 42.5-hour contract: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Role Overview:As a Product Packer, you will be working closely with the Despatch Team Leader to ensure that products are packed and dispatched in accordance with company guidelines. You will handle a variety of bathroom-related products, including ceramics, furniture, shower enclosures, baths, and bath screens, while maintaining a focus on accuracy, quality, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check that picked products match customer orders, raising discrepancies and organizing corrections.
• Inspect product quality before dispatching, raising any issues when necessary.
• Pack products to warehouse standards, ensuring safe dispatch through the appropriate system.
• Ensure a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and integrity within the team.

About You:We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
• Is highly accurate and able to work under pressure
• Is conscientious, reliable, and a team player
• Has excellent communication skills and can collaborate with different departments
• Is able to prioritize tasks and follow set daily routines
• Can work on their own initiative and meet daily targets
