As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. You will work closely with their marketing and content teams to develop their paid media strategy. This is a role for a proactive, analytical, and creative individual who thrives in a team-orientated environment and has a strong track record in paid media management.
Within this varied role you will:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Social Media and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough audience and keyword research to optimize ad spend and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize performance and meet key business metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to keep our campaigns competitive.
The successful Paid Media Manager will have:
- Strong proven experience in paid media management, with a good track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media, and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
