Paid Media Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team on a 3-day-a-week contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead paid media strategy and execution for key campaigns.
Key Details:
Days/Hours:
- 1 full day in the office (Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
- Remaining 2 days split across 4 half-days remotely.
- Consistency and strong communication are essential.
Contract:
- Initial 3 months, with potential to extend.
- Day Rate: £300-£350/day (via Umbrella, Inside IR35).
- Start Date: Ideally by the end of the month.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Lead strategy and planning across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Manage budgets and campaign optimisation with a focus on performance improvements.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies for brand campaigns across all platforms.
Execution & Reporting:
- Execute campaigns and compile detailed performance reports for clients using tools like Spouk.
- Confidently compile data, leverage platform analytics, and deliver digestible insights for clients.
- Provide ongoing recommendations to improve strategy based on results and trends observed.
Social Listening & Team Collaboration:
- Run social listening strategies and compile insights for the wider team to ideate from.
- Identify trends and opportunities for real-time campaign optimisation.
- Proactively feed ideas into the team to enhance campaigns and refine strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Paid Media Manager with strong skills in strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Confident in managing boosting and campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proactive, organised, and an excellent communicator.
