My client is the ultimate digital marketing solution, aiding brands in navigating the complex digital landscape. Their product range supports clients in partnership identification, automated audits, and GPT-powered ad optimization. They manage paid media for select clients and have gained 24 notable clients since launching 13 months ago, achieving 2x growth in 6 months. The JobKey responsibilities will include:

• Perform daily checks on key clients, and make changes to improve performance.
• Run regular reporting calls with clients, and feedback on any concerns.
• Build strategy roadmaps for clients, including new platform roll outs, technical changes & more.

• Raise tickets for any bugs within the platform, communicating the reproduction steps effectively to the product/tech team.

• Submit tasks to the tech backlog, and support in prioritising new features to the platform
• Manage, maintain and balance workload via online task tracking software.
• Work closely with more junior team members to support their development.

For the role of Paid Media Manager, this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience with running campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Ads. Microsoft Ads and other social platforms are a bonus!

• To be comfortable leading client communication across calls, emails & instant messaging for select clients.

• Some experience with strategy & testing planning for clients.
• To be comfortable using Excel, Sheets or similar data analysis tools.
• The ability to work independently & remotely where required.
