Paid Search Executive - Aspire : Job Details

I am recruiting for a Paid Search Executive to join the London office to be a part of the Paid Search Team and contribute to the continued growth and success of this agency.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and executing Paid Search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Being hands on with the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns. Including campaign setup, optimisations, strategy, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive best in class performance.
• Attend and represent the team at external and internal client meetings.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience with SA360 or international search engines a bonus.

• Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, in an agency or client-facing environment.

• Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
