As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our paid search strategy across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and growth for our clients. Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid search/SEM, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools. Experience with bid management platforms like Kenshoo or Marin is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and campaign results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution, reporting, and budget management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
