Paid Search Manager - Aspire : Job Details

I am recruiting for a Paid Search Manager and a Senior Paid Search Manager to join the Paid Search Team in their London office, to contribute to the continued growth and success of this agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams and platform reps to drive best in class performance.
• Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
• Work closely with the Account Director, to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to the companies QA policies and procedures.
• Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience with SA360 or international search engines a bonus.
• Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
