Day to day of the role:
- Carry out painting to a high-quality standard.
- Respond to maintenance requests as needed.
- Work within a performance-driven environment and meet tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered.
- Communicate effectively with management and the Quantity Surveyor.
- Itemise and execute work in customers’ dwellings and premises.
- Travel across Northern Ireland as required.
- Interact with the general public professionally, ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary for the efficient running of the business.
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified in a relevant trade with suitable certification.
- Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience in the construction and painting industry.
- Demonstrated experience working on Social Housing contracts.
