Paralegal Assistant

London, NW2

£26,500 + Pension

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic Paralegal Assistant who is ready to kick start their career, you will be joining a thriving local firm of Solicitors who have an extremely good reputation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of team supporting Solicitors who deal with civil law and conveyancing

- Opening new client files and obtaining and recording confirmation of clients ID

- Preparing a wide range of legal documentation and general correspondence

- Preparing for completion, recording monies in/out and redemption figure

- Producing completion packs i.e. account details, agent fees, bankruptcy and land searches

- Liaising with mortgage companies to coordinate the transfer of funds
