Paralegal - Catastrophic Injury Team - qed legal : Job Details

They successfully manage and defend a range of catastrophic and large loss cases.In this role you will work alongside Partners and provide support on catastrophic and large loss cases this shall include:

• Investigating claims
• Taking statements
• Reviewing medical records
• Preparing briefing notes
• Preparing court bundles
• Drafting letters instruction, requests, Instructions to Counsel.
