A private practice law firm in Liverpool is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its friendly and respected Commercial Property Team.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Acquiring and disposing of leasehold and freehold properties
• Drafting and reviewing leases
• Conducting essential searches
• Performing due diligence, including enquiries and title investigation
• Handling utility company easements and property transfers
• Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion procedures and correspondence

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
• Degree qualification
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Advanced IT proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Capability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Familiarity with various IT platforms
