Hours: full time, hybrid working available

A super opportunity for a Paralegal with previous conveyancing or property law experience to work in an outstanding law firm within their Leeds office. As a Paralegal you will manage your own files and assist on more complex matters. This is a regional, full-service law firm with an excellent reputation.

Daily Duties

• Managing your own caseload
• Communicating with all parties and keeping them updated
• Drafting, undertaking searches and progressing transactions
• Drafting legal documents
• Conducting effective legal research
• Utilising a case management system
• Updating the team, providing reports on WIP.

Required Skills

• Previous conveyancing experience
• Ability to use Land Registry portal
• Law degree
• Competent in all MS applications.
