Paralegal - Solicitors officeBox Leisure "The cutting edge of leisure careers"Location: Manchester CentreSalary: £30,000Hours: Full time role - office basedWe are looking for a Full time Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.Working in Manchester City CentreWe are looking for an experienced residential paralegal who has a real passion for people to join the Team. Daily you’ll be:

• Dealing with all aspects of the residential process on behalf of our clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach.
• Dealing with preparation of memos of sales and auction packs
• Reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title.
• Deal with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner.
• Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
• Answering client queries, providing status advice, and keeping all parties informed on progress of sale.
• Liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction.
• Dealing with exchange of Contracts in a timely manner.

• Paralegal with solid experience within residential conveyancing
• Must be able to work independently work on caseloads from start to finish.
• Outstanding professional customer service and inter-personal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover the needs of the business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• The ability to make decisions and use your initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
