Commercial Disputes Paralegal - Leading Law Firm, Cardiff

Are you a driven paralegal with an interest in commercial disputes? A prestigious Legal 500 firm in Cardiff is seeking a motivated paralegal to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team. The firm is experiencing periods of growth along side succession planning.

Role Overview:

• Assist solicitors in resolving complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, and partnership disputes.
• Support in professional negligence and intellectual property claims.
• Engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), such as mediation and arbitration.
• Work with diverse clients, including national housebuilders, sports organisations, and wealth management firms.

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation or commercial disputes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work within a team.
