Paralegal/Legal PA - Penhaligon's Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent Paralegal or Legal PA with sound working knowledge of the property practice area to join this friendly and well established law firm.

Duties as follows:-

• To provide effective support at Senior Partner level within the property practice area.
• To update clients on their respective property transactions as advised by the Partner
• Diary management
• Format documents pertaining to the sale of a property - ie Land Registry and SDLT forms
• To liaise with clients to arrange meetings and deal with incoming queries as required.
• Audio typing
• To update the database
• To open, close and and archive client files as required.
• General paralegal/secretarial duties.
