The Paralegal position in their Personal and Family team in Edinburgh provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to manage their own caseload while working alongside a diverse and dynamic team of legal experts. This role will involve a wide range of private client work, including trust and executry administration, preparation of wills and powers of attorney, and client communications.The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a private client team, with a focus on administering executries and trusts, as well as drafting wills and powers of attorney. The ability to manage a caseload, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in this field.
