Paralegal - Real Estate (Resi + BTL)

Up to £40,000 dependant on experience + Bonuses

Benefits: Amazing offices, Stood up desks, Pool table, Gym membership + So much more,Responsibilities for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Resi + BTL):• Draft and review contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents.• Conduct title searches, resolve title issues, and coordinate with title companies.• Schedule and assist with closings, including post-closing tasks like recording deeds.• Research zoning laws, property taxes, and due diligence materials.• Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.Qualifications for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Resi + BTL):• Associate’s degree or paralegal certification (Bachelor’s preferred).• 2-5 years of real estate law experience.• Proficiency in legal software (e.g., SoftPro, Clio) and Microsoft Office.Skills for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Resi + BTL):• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication and time management.• Ability to resolve issues with title work and closing processes effectively.Preferred Certifications for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Resi + BTL):• Certified Paralegal (CP) or Real Estate Specialist certifications.
