This is an Interim position for a Paralegal Team Leader to join a growing company with offices in Basingstoke.

Description

The Paralegal Team Leader position based in Basingstoke will hold the following responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team of junior paralegals
• Ensure that work loads are managed and prioritised
• Provide weekly reports back to the department manager
• Carry out weekly 121s
• Handle any escalate queries and questions
• Assist with contract review during busy times
• Ensure that team training is carried out
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders within sales and operations

Profile

The successful candidate for the Paralegal Team Leader position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Have a strong background and understanding of paralegal work
• Have experience of training/supervising other team members
• Have strong communication skills to work effectively with internal departments
• Be able to work 5 days a week in the office

Job Offer

This is an interim position for up to 6 months.

This position requires the candidate to be based on site with the team 5 days a week
