That gives you a level of balance it's hard to find.Along with that they'll invest up to 13% into your pension if you put in 5%. You'll have the trust of the business to get on with your job.As for the job itself you'll work on a centralised team supporting over 200 financial planners. You'll receive each case, fully checked, from the paraplanning admin team. This will leave you free to focus on research, comparisons, cashflow modelling and report writing.    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You'll have some paraplanning experience at the very least. You'll have or be close to holding level 4 status. For the higher salary bracket you'll have 3 years+ experience and will be keen to become Chartered.
