Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven financial planning firm? Based in Worcester, we are searching for a dedicated professional to support our technical department and contribute to outstanding client outcomes.

The Role:As a paraplanner, you will:

• Prepare review packs and write detailed client reports within SLAs.
• Conduct cashflow planning and research using professional tools.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage provider information requests.
• Collaborate with a team to uphold the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance.

About You:You should be:

• Level 4 qualified (ideally progressing towards Level 6) with at least 2 years’ experience in report writing or technical roles.
• Knowledgeable in financial services regulation, investment, retirement, and protection products.
• A detail-oriented professional with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems.
• Passionate about making a positive impact and sharing a commitment to independence and client focus.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
