Paraplanner - CB3 Associates Ltd : Job Details

The Company: An expanding IFA firm based in Central Harrogate looking to add an experienced, fully qualified and private wealth focused Paraplanner to their back-office support team:

• Office Location: Central Harrogate
• Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office-based

Package: £37-40k base + discretionary bonus & full company benefits

• Key Benefits: 8% Pension, 4xDIS & Private Medical Cover
• Holidays: 25-days + stats
• Working Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-1pm Friday

The Role: A broad adviser support role geared around supporting high performing financial advisers, working in HNW client circles with all research & suitability report writing workload; alongside some administrative duties - These include:

• Product research and full suitability report writing
• Process all new/existing business
• Co-ordinate client review meetings including arranging meetings with the Financial Adviser
• Preparation of the client’s valuation (Intelliflo) and review meeting pack.
• Complete the details from Fact finds on the IO system
• Issue recommendation reports to clients and prepare illustrations and any paperwork required.
• Obtain LOA’s
• Fund switches.
• Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.

The Person: The successful candidate will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and must have exposure to paraplanning prior:

• Required: Be fully QCF Level 4 Diploma (CII)
• Required: Hold 2+ years industry experience ideally within paraplanning and research/report writing work
