Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Near Fenchurch Street Tube Station, London

Salary: £40,000 per year + monthly bonus

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to manage a growing team within a dynamic financial services company. The role involves ensuring team efficiency, supporting junior members, and liaising with senior management to maintain high service standards. You will also have hands-on responsibilities in creating financial planning reports, conducting research, and preparing for client review meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team members with complex queries and skill development.
• Write suitability letters and financial planning reports in collaboration with advisers.
• Conduct research on client portfolios and fund switch proposals.
• Prepare valuations, reviews, and other documentation for client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Diploma Level 4 qualification (or equivalent), or one/two modules shy.
• At least 2-3 years of paraplanning experience, including drafting suitability letters.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation.
• Knowledge of financial planning, pensions, and investments.
• Familiarity with industry tools like Dynamic Planner or SelectAPension is advantageous.
