Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded financial planning firm? We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established, professional team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The Role:

As a key part of the financial planning team, you will:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial planning reports.
• Provide investment, tax, retirement, and estate planning support to financial planners.
• Communicate directly with clients, ensuring tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Conduct research and due diligence on investment opportunities and market trends.
• Support the team with complex report writing and financial modelling.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior paraplanners when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Paraplanner with experience in financial planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial services, investments, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., iO, Excel, research & analysis software).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
