Paraplanner role & a senior Sales support role - Same Client - James Phillip Financial Recruitment : Job Details

James Phillip are currently recruiting for a modern IFA who through organic growth are looking to recruit a Paraplanner and a Senior Sales support into their existing team.

Two separate positions.

Salary range for the Paraplanner is £37K - £41k (depends on experience) plus attractive benefits package including bonus, company pension, death in service, study support. Hybrid working starting at a day week rising to two days after probation.

Job Role:

• To provide full technical support
• Undertake in depth reviews of client portfolios and compile review reports
• You will need to handle client queries and help service existing clients on a daily basis
• Comply with the firm’s internal Compliance procedures and Training & Competence requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years experience as a Paraplanner with report writing experience
• Can demonstrate a sound technical knowledge that can be applied to all areas of financial planning
• Is professional, ethical, technical and proactive in their approach to providing quality holistic advice
• Diploma qualification as a minimum

The Senior sales support role has a salary range of £27k - £31k.

Ideally you will have two years experience working in an IFA brokerage. Covered new business submission, valuations and used Intelligent Office.
