** Full people management role with the team comprising all levels of paraplanning staff

** Team ranges from junior paraplanners through to senior experienced career Chartered Paraplanners and those on the verge of transitioning into Advice

** Take pride in mentoring your team as they pass through the various levels of success

** Opportunity to provide support and training around HNW Clients with complex and interesting wealth needs

** As the Manager you will be required to carry out all recruitment, appraisals, team reviews, create any training and career enhancing courses actively creating a platform for team and individual success.

** Opportunity to review processes, procedures on an ongoing basis making any recommendations to ensure a smooth Client /Adviser journey, and a happy team member working towards their own personal goal.

** To be considered for this role, you must be at least Level 4 Diploma Qualified, on the route to gaining Chartered Status, be able to demonstrate strong people management skills and possess strong technical exposure .
