Job Description:

As a Parcel Packer and Customer Service Representative at WholefoodsBox, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include packing parcels and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, if you have knowledge of marketing, SEO, or Google Merchant, there is potential for you to contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
  • Ensure all packages are labelled correctly and meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient packing area.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, delivery problems, and product questions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service.

Digital Marketing Support (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Support the creation and management of Google Merchant Center listings.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and social media management.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry.
  • Excellent English Language skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
