Our client is looking for part-time Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on permanent basis.The role is based in Warrington, close to town centre and major transport links.
You will be working as a part of small finance team and assist with accounts administration for the company. The role include working 20-30 hours a week, including Thursday and Friday. The role is office based.
Basic pay is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum pro rata the hours.
The role:
- Company credit card administration
- Weekly custom clearance submissions
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Update monthly Environmental usage tracker
- Provide holiday cover for the finance team
- Assisting with annual stock take administration
- Assist with other accounting duties as required
- Payroll administration - collating information for submission to payroll bureau

- Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently

Qualifications Required:
- AAT qualifications
- Excellent Excel skills
