Juice is delighted to be supporting a creative retail company based in Radstock in their search for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a family-run business that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will assist customers and provide information about the diverse product range through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.

• Responding to customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and the website.
• Developing a thorough understanding of all products and providing detailed information to customers.
• Processing orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Handling enquiries and advising customers on telephone orders.
• Additional responsibilities include restocking shelves, pricing new deliveries, conducting price checks on the system, and performing other related tasks.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

• The ability to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
• Initiative and productivity during quieter periods.
• The ability to perform heavy lifting as part of day-to-day tasks.
