Job Title: Day Concierge

Salary: £21,500 per annum

Contracted working week: 32 hours, Monday - Sunday

Shift Patterns: Mix of 12 hours, 8 hours and 4 hours

Location: TW20

Profile:

We are currently recruiting a Part Time Day Concierge at a residential development based in TW20. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and the clients.positive experience for clients.

The working hours will be a shift pattern as there will be two concierge and an Estate Manager, you will be working 32 hours per week Monday to Sunday, with mix shifts of 12, 8 and 4hours depending on the Rota with availability for over time.

Main Responsibilities* To man the reception desk during agreed hours* To provide/ facilitate required services to residents as per the instructions of managing agent* To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner* To communicate effectively with residents, guests, other members of staff and contractors* To welcome residents and guests * To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, logging messages and following upon requests
