Description
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Providing general Admin duties for the CEO & GM
- Be first POC for external comms
- Answer correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Organise meetings for the board
- Prepare and collate information for the board and ensure distributed prior to meetings
- Provide follow ups from meetings
- Prompt CEO on deadlines and manage his time effectiveness
- Coordinate AGM's
- Ad-hoc projects
- Type letters and partake in audio dictation
- Partake and liaise regarding staff grievances
- Organise and partake in training days
