Your new companyEstablished services SME based in Chester with multiple income streams, and an innovative and highly regarded management team.Your new roleThis is a part-time interim Finance Director job - 2 days per week on-site in Chester. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee the delivery of statutory accounting obligations
• Working closely with the external auditors
• Oversee IT and HR processes, including a review of current systems and processes
• Key member of the senior leadership team, providing support and guidance on financial matters
• Oversee the 3-year budget process
• Support the management of bank accounts and debt facilities
• Finance team management and development

What you'll need to succeedACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience operating at director level in an SME environment.What you'll get in returnInitial 6 month interim contract, 2 days per week with flexibility on days worked.
