Part-time Receptionist - Search : Job Details

Working part-time 12.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday you will be supporting the organisation by acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors.

You will be joining a corporate environment to professionalism and a welcoming nature are key.

£11.44 - £12 per hour DOE, paid weekly on a temporary contract until minimum mid October with a likely extension.

Duties:

- Taking incoming calls, recording messages and passing these on

- Welcoming visitors to the building

- Preparing teas & coffees as well as setting up meeting rooms

To be successful:

- You will ideally have previous experience working in a reception role

- You will have excellent communication skills

- You will be welcoming and friendly
