Part Time Renewals Coordinator - The CLR Group : Job Details

Our client with offices in South London is looking for a Part-Time Renewals Coordinator for one of their busy offices. 

This role would be best suited to someone who has experience in other parts of estate agency but is looking for a step back from the hustle and bussle. 

Our client would also consider someone looking for a full time position. 

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the tenancy and lettings process
• Maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants and contractors
• Liaise with referencing providers to ensure referencing is complete within a quick turnaround time
• Working with negotiators to ensure tenants requests are met prior to move in
• Dealing with all administrative tasks and coordinating tenancies to ensure a smooth move in

Some level of experience is preferred in a similar role however experience in a letting or estate agency setting will also be considered.

The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:

• Being a team player
• Demonstrating self-motivation
• Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Professional and well presented
• The ability to work towards deadlines

Depending on experience salary between £22,000 - £25,000 p.a. (pro rata)

3 days per week (choosing of their own choice) – 8.30am – 6pm
