Part Time Sales Administrator

Exciting opportunity to work with a fun and enthusiastic business who are making waves within the food industry. You will join a close knit team of 6 people who take a hands on and supportive approach to ensure smooth running of the business. Full 1 to 1 training on site, this role is due to progression so the current person will be avilable to assist.

What will you do as a Sales Administrator
- Resolve delivery issues incl. damaged or missing product, late or delayed deliveries
- Tracking stock in and out ensuring plentiful levels, taking orders from large clients
- Order sales orders
- Processing returns and damages
- Manage customer database, pricing and invoices
- Inventory management, assessing stock levels and escalating stock changes
- Authorised manufacturer invoices
- Check stock holding
- Placing orders with manufacturers ensuring delivery meets client deadlines
What do you need as a Sales Administrator
- Strong excel knowledge
- Live no more than 40 minutes from Shipston & must have own transport
- Personable with strong verbal & written communication
- Understanding of inventory management
