Whether you're experienced in the industry or keen to build your skills, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, great client interaction, and a varied workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist with property sales, from arranging viewings to helping with offer negotiations.

• Lettings Assistance: Support landlords and tenants through the rental process and help manage enquiries.

• Client Interaction: Build positive relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and landlords.

• Market Knowledge: Offer insights on local property trends and values.

• Viewings & Offers: Conduct property viewings, support negotiations, and help secure successful deals.

• Admin Support: Help maintain property records, ensure documents are up-to-date, and support compliance needs.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in property, customer service, or sales is helpful, but not essential.

• Skills: Strong communication, a friendly attitude, and great attention to detail.

• Availability: Potentially working Tuesdays and Saturdays.

• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office.

• Bonus: A UK driving license is a plus but not essential.
