Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the Investments compliance practice – commercially and operationally.
  • Provide senior-level advice across UK and EU regulatory frameworks including AIFMD, MiFID II, and others.
  • Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, supported by marketing and internal referrals.
  • Represent the consultancy externally with clients, regulators, and at industry events.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and engaged working environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • A strategic and commercial thinker with a track record of delivering revenue growth and building client portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements across the investments sector e.g. hedge funds, private equity, private banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
