We are seeking ambitious Partners to join our team across any of our 5 core service lines: Corporate, Employment, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and Private Client. As a Partner, you will be a key driver of the business, upholding our values and supporting the inclusive, friendly, and supportive culture that makes a special place to work.

Day to day of the role:

• Uphold the firm’s values and support the inclusive, friendly, and supportive culture.
• Drive business growth and maintain high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Foster close relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
• Act as a culture carrier within the firm, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with other Partners and team members to ensure the firm’s strategic objectives are met.
• Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Partner or in a senior role within the legal sector.
• Expertise in one of the core service lines: Corporate, Employment, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, or Private Client.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A forward-thinking approach, willing to move past traditional models of hierarchy and excessive process.
• Commitment to upholding the firm’s values and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
